Overview 

SportsFirst has partnered with USA Youth and High School Rugby (USAYHS) to create a web application that uses AI for secure age verification, simplifying athlete onboarding and ensuring fairness across teams.

Key Features of USA YHS RUGBY

Digital KYC Verification Module: Utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and AI-based document analysis to verify identity documents such as passports, national IDs, and address proofs. Automatically cross-checks information against various sources, reducing manual verification time and errors.
     

  2. Automated Workflow Management: Configurable workflows facilitate different stages of the registration process, from initial application to final approval. Each step is documented and logged, providing transparency and a clear audit trail.
     

  3. Age & Grade Verification: Implements automated checks for athlete age and academic grade levels based on submitted documents ,ensuring eligibility compliance for different sports categories and events.
